Bavaria 35: Motorboat Debut
Bavaria 35 has Hard Top and Sport versions available.
March 15, 2005

The new 35-footer is targeted at Bavaria owners looking to step up from the Bavaria 32 to a larger, more spacious model.
Scheduled to debut March 25 at the Ancasta Port Solent New Boat Show in Portsmouth, England, Bavaria Motor Boats' latest model will be offered in Sport and Hard Top versions. The new 35-footer is targeted at Bavaria owners looking to step up from the Bavaria 32 to a larger, more spacious model. (Buyers looking to go even bigger can opt for the Bavaria 37, the company's flagship motor yacht.)
Though its cockpit is open, the Sport version comes with modular cockpit covers for protection from the elements. The Hard Top model boasts and electrically operated sunroof. Both designs offer abundant seating and a large cockpit table.
Belowdecks, there are two separate double berth cabins — one forward and one aft — a large galley and a spacious saloon for relaxing and entertaining. Per Bavaria's styling traditions, the interior is generously supplied with mahogany furnishings and appointments. To create a lighter, more open and airy atmosphere, the builder used a lighter-hued mahogany for the 35.
Power options include either twin 260-hp Volvo Penta D4 diesel engines or twin 310-hp D6 Volvo Penta diesel engines. Top speed, according to the manufacturer, is more than 40 knots.
